How long does the shoot take?+
There's no fixed time limit: we stay until every room and angle is done. A typical flat is usually about an hour for photos and plan.
When do I get the photos and floor plan?+
Same-day or next-day, delivered to your online portal.
What if it's cloudy?+
Grey skies on exterior photos are hand-retouched to a natural blue at no extra charge.
Is the property occupied? Does that matter?+
No problem. We send a short preparation checklist and can work around tenants. Key safe or lockbox access is fine.
Can I book just one service?+
Yes. Photography is £125 and a floor plan is £94 on their own. The bundle saves £44.
