How long until I receive my photos?
We guarantee to provide high quality photos within 24 hours of the shoot.
If explicitly requested, we can do same day editing.
Depending on the size of the property, a shoot containing a number of bedrooms, a kitchen, living area and garden will take up to 1 hour.
You will need to arrange access for the photographer at the agreed time for the time required to carry out the shoot.
Failing to arrange access will still result in charges.
ZM Studio employees are covered by public liability insurance so they can safely be within your property on their own.
What do i need to open the files?
You will need any device with internet access to view the files. A photo viewing app is common on all operating systems and devices.
You must save these files to your own storage as soon as possible.
Discounts are available to property developers with a number of finished properties ready for marketing.
We also offer discounts if you purchase photography and floor plan combined packages.
